Return and Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. Once a file has been delivered, it can't exactly be "returned" like a pair of shoes.

That said, we're humans first and business owners second. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

• Digital Downloads

All products sold through Find YOUR Message are delivered electronically and available for immediate access after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content:

• We do not accept returns on downloaded products.
• We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or purchases made without reviewing product descriptions.
• We cannot issue refunds after a file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

• When We Will Help

We gladly offer assistance if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• The download file is corrupted or won't open.
• You received the wrong product.
• A technical issue on our end prevented delivery.

In these cases, we'll either:

• Send a replacement file,
• Correct the issue, or
• Issue a refund at our discretion.

We believe in treating people fairly.

If an unusual situation arises that isn't covered by this policy, we'll review it individually and do our best to find a reasonable solution. Our goal is simple: help you find your message, not your frustration.
